Q: Can I cut costs by supplying my own copy and photos?

A: Yes, Definitely! We can print your documents saved in various software programs including Quark Xpress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, PageMaker and other similar programs. Word documents can be converted into Quark documents. Also your chosen digital photos, saved to disk, can be converted and inserted into your documents. Q: Will I be able to see what my products will look like before you print them? A: Yes, Absolutely! We will furnish full color proofs for your review before the project goes to the press. You will know exactly what the finished product will look like. Q: How long does printing normally take? Sometimes we have rush jobs. A: Once you approve the proof and the copy is ready for press, we usually can turn your product around in 3 to 5 days. Jobs that require special requirements can take an additional 2 to 4 days. We pride ourselves on quick turnaround with high quality products. Q: I already have a vendor, however would like to reprint with a few changes and/or compare your printing costs. Can you help me? A: No problem. We can make any changes to your existing files and output artwork at very minor costs to you. We can quote prices of any existing material you have with the same print specifications of past print jobs and save you money. Q: I have several different products; can I run them together and get a volume discount? A: Yes, we can combine all orders of the same size, paper and ink colors to give you the lowest possible price. Storage is available for customers that are in need of warehouse space. |
